4-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Protein Balls (Vegan)

This couldn’t-be-easier recipe for chocolate banana protein balls contains lots of healthy protein and fats, and no added sugar! Use a plain vegan protein powder if you’d like the recipe to be less sweet, or a vanilla-flavored one sweetened with monkfruit for a more intense sweetness.

Store in a Stasher bag in your refrigerator for up to 5 days (or pop them in your freezer!) for a quick and refreshing afternoon energy boost or post-workout snack. 

Vegan Chocolate Banana Protein Balls

RECIPE:

  • 1/4 cup vegan protein powder - plain or vanilla
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 banana

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mash banana first, then mix in the powders and oil until a dough forms. Separate and roll dough into six equal size balls. Keep them fresh in a Stasher bag in the fridge or freezer!
