Whole30 Peach Tahini Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie uses frozen peaches and bananas filled with Vitamin C and potassium. Hemp milk contains tons of protein and essential fatty acids. Tahini also contains healthy fats and minerals. Golden flax acts as a wonderful fiber with a toasted flavor. Collagen peptides add extra protein and provide gut-healing benefits while Ceylon cinnamon may actually help curb sugar cravings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup hemp milk (3 Tbsp hemp seeds + 1 cup filtered water)
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1 Tbsp golden flax
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a high speed blender combine 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds for every cup of water. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. No straining required! Excess hemp milk can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days. Be sure to give it a good shake before using.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until thoroughly combined. Top with extra golden flax if desired. Enjoy!
